·
Try
using you favourite honey for a taste you will really like. (I prefer Wandoo

  • I made a gluten free version

    Submitted by BrissyMum on 5. June 2014 - 21:24.

I made a gluten free version using puffed amaranth instead of the oats and it was delicious.  I had to add them a bit at a time until I got the right consistency, but I forgot to weigh them.  Will do next time.  Great idea for school treats.

  • Great healthy bar.  I used

Great healthy bar.  I used coconut oil instead of butter and used 50g honey and 50g rice malt syrup.  Also added in some chia seeds and puffed rice.  Can't wait to try it, cooling down in the fridge!
