      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  1. Place sugar into bowl Closed lid and mill 5 secs Speed 9
    Add baking powder, cocoa and flour and mix 5secs Speed 10 - transfer to bowl and set aside
    Add Dark chocolate Closed lid and blitz 5 secs Speed 9
    Add softened butter and melt 4 mins, 80 degs, Speed 2 - cool back to

Tip

Macadamia nuts can be halved or replaced with walnut pieces or brazil nuts.
