Ingredients

  • 200 grams Malt biscuits (not malt o milk)
  • 1/2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 60 grams flaked almonds
  • 2 level teaspoons golden syrup
  • 90 grams Butter
  • 1 pinches salt
  • 125 grams sultanas
  • --- Coconut

Recipe's preparation

    Base
  1. Break biscuits into TM chop Speed 8 for 5 seconds. Set aside
  2. Add butter to bowl and melt 60 degrees for 2 minutes
  3. Add golden syrup, almonds, salt, condensed milk and sultanas
  4. Add dry ingredients back to bowl and mix on speed 4 for 10 seconds
  5. Line and grease slice tin and sprinkle with coconut
  6. Press mixture into tin and sprinkle coconut on top
  7. Refrigerate until set
