- 100 grams Maltesers
- 100 grams raw sugar
- 125 grams Butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 95 grams brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 290 grams SR flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 160 Degrees (FanForced). Line baking trays with baking paper & set aside.
Place Maltesers in TM bowl, 1 sec/speed 7, Maltesers should be still a bit chunky, if you want them finer, crush for another second but be careful you could be left with malt powder.
Set aside. No need to wash bowl.
Add raw sugar,butter, vanilla & brown sugar mix 15 secs/speed 6, scrape down sides of bowl.
Add egg mix 15 secs/ Speed 3, scrape down bowl.
Add SR Flour & salt mix 10 secs/speed 3
Knead 30 secs/"Closed lid" /"Dough mode"
Add Maltesers mix 10 secs/"Counter-clockwise operation" /Speed 3
Roll a teaspoon of mixture into ball, place onto prepared trays allow for spreading.
Bake in oven for 12 minutes.

These are amazingly easy and an amazing taste. I have used the base biscuit then added whatever I want as the sweet. Perfect size for my kids lunch boxes. I have a tastash in the freezer fog school lunches. I love the crunch of these little biscuits too.
