- 140 g Lindt Balls, (I used mango flavour)
- 180 g plain flour
- 1 egg
- 100 g caster sugar
- 100 g brown sugar
- 5 g baking powder
- 5 g Bi-carbonated Soda

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced.
- Cut the Lindt balls in half, place into TM and blend 6 seconds speed 6. "Closed lid"
- Add & weigh all other ingredients into bowl.
- Mix all ingredients 20 seconds speed 4
- Place spoonfuls of mixture onto lined cookie tray.
Bake in oven for 20mins or until golden.
Allow cookies to cool on tray. Cookies should be soft and slightly chewy

Tip
The reason the photo is just crumbs is that i took these cookies to the office, and when I went to get a photo, they were all gone!!! So, I'm taking that as a good sign 😉😉
