Ingredients

Mars Bar Christmas Crackles

  • 200 grams Mini mars bars, cut in half
  • 45 grams cream
  • 140 grams rice bubbles
  • 290 grams white chocolate melts
  • 40 grams coconut oil
  • sprinkles, for decorating

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add mars bars and cream to bowl
  2. Melt 2 minutes 30 seconds, 60 degrees, speed 2
  3. Add rice bubbles
  4. Mix on Counter-clockwise operation speed 2 for 30 seconds
  5. Spoon into 24 muffin holes (I prefer silicone so no spray is required).
  6. Press down firmly into each hole with the back of a cup/glass
  7. Refrigerate until set.
    Clean and dry mixing bowl.
  8. Once set, turn moulds out onto a flat tray or board
  9. Melt chocolate and coconut oil, 2 minutes 30 seconds, 60 degrees, speed 2
  10. Pour a bit of melted chocolate over each mould then decorate with sprinkles
  11. Refrigerate again until set or ready to share
