Ingredients

  • 200g Butter
  • 400g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup --- brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup --- cocoa, Sifted
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1.5 packages sweet biscuits - Marie or similar
  • 3 x 100g packages marshmallows
  • 1.5 cups Coconut

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place biscuits that have been broken up into TM bowl and grind 5-8 seconds speed 4. Set aside

    Add butter cubed, condensed milk, sugar, sifted cocoa and essence into TM bowl . Put on 60 sec/ 50/spd 4

    Add bisc to TM bowl mix 5seconds / sipped 4

    Tip out into bowl

    moisen hands with water roll 3 level tsps around each marshmallow, press firmly to enclose.

    roll into coconut, refrigerate until firm
