- 150 g dark chocolate, Broken into sqares or 1 cm pieces
- 300 g wholemeal flour
- 45 g rolled oats
- 110 g brown sugar
- 125 g olive oil
- 125 g Mapel Syrup
- 1 egg
- 1.5 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Place Chocolate into TM bowl and chop 5 seconds/Speed 7 or untill reached desired chunkiness
Set aside (Do not wash bowl)
Add all remaiing ingredients to TM bowl and mix 10 seconds/Speed 5
Add resereved Chocolate and Mix again for 10 seconds/Speed 3 or untill well combined
For mini cookies as pictured scoop out mixture with a teaspoon (walnut size) and place onto lined trays.
Once finished dampen hands with water and shape each cookie into rounds and flatten down with fingers.
Bake for 12 mins or untill golden. Enjoy!
