For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Place rolled oats in the TM bowl and blend 5 sec Speed 7
2. remove and place aside
3. Place Peanut Butter, Honey and Vanilla Essence in TM bowl and melt 90degrees speed 3 for 3 minutes ( or until melted)
4. Add all ingredients to the bowl, "Counter-clockwise operation" mix 1 minute speed 7 until combined, you may need to assist with your spatula.
5. Shape into 3cm balls and store in a container in the fridge, they can be frozen.

Tip
Natural Peanut butter or nut spreads dont hold the shape and tent to crumble.
Add protein powder to turn them into a great Higher Protein snack.
