- 50 grams Butter
- 80 grams golden syrup
- 90 grams sultanas
- 100 grams pepitas
- 100 grams sunflower seeds
- 1 Weetbix, crushed
- 75 grams self-raising flour

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven on 170 degrees and line a 20cm slice dish with baking paper.
Place sugar, butter and golden syrup in jug and melt 3-4mins, sp1 on 90 degrees or until sugar is dissolved.
Add remaining ingredients and mix "Counter-clockwise operation" , sp 3 for 10 secs.
Level mixture into slice tray and bake for 25 mins. Allow to cool, and cut into slices. Enjoy!

Tip
Can substitute the golden syrup for honey or rice malt syrup.
Can also substitute the sultanas for any dried fruit, or even mix in two.
