      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1: pre heat oven to 180 degrees
    2: line baking trays
    3: insert butterfly and cream butter and sugar together, 2 mins speed 3
    4: remove butterfly and add remaining ingredients mix 5 seconds speed 3, scrape down and repeat
    5: roll into balls and place on tray flattening slightly with a fork and leave enough room for biscuits to spread slightly
    6: bake for 10-12 mins or until cooked. Leave on tray to cool slightly before moving to cooking rack, as biscuits are soft when warm
