- 2 eggs
- 90 g plain flour
- 100 g raw sugar
- 100 g brown sugar
- 180 g Butter, room temp
- 180 g choc chips

Recipe's preparation
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 deg
2. Place one sheet of pastry in a pie dish, covering the bottom and sides
3. Place walnuts in TM"Closed lid" and chop - 3 seconds/speed 4. Set aside
4. Add eggs to TM"Closed lid" and mix - 15 seconds/speed 4
5. Add flour and both sugars to "Closed lid" and combine - 10 seconds/speed 4
6. Add butter and mix - 10 seconds/speed 4
7. Add choc chops and reserved walnuts and mix - "Counter-clockwise operation" 10 seconds/speed 3
8. Pour mixture into pie dish and top with remaining piece of pastry. Seal edges with a fork and prick the top a few times
9. Place in oven for 50-60 minutes or until a knife can be inserted and removed cleanly
10. Allow to cool before slicing. Enjoy with icecream and strawberries if you have them handy
