  • 1 lemon rind
  • 250ml Milk
  • 250ml oil
  • block dark chocolate
  • 250g almonds
  • 5 eggs

Recipe's preparation

  1. pre heat oven to 160-180 degrees.

    Place lemon rind in TM bowl and grind for 5-10 seconds on speed 8 and set aside.

    Place chocolate into TM bowl and grate for 5 seconds on speed 8 and set side.

    Place almonds into TM bowl and mill for 4-6 seconds on speed 6 and add to chocolate.

    Clean and dry TM bowl.

    Add the eggs and mix for 10 seconds on speed 5.

    Add the sugar and mix for another 10 seconds on speed 5.

    Add the flour, oil and milk and mix for 30 seconds on speed 5.

    Add the lemon rind, chocolate and almonds and combine for 15 seconds on speed 6.

    Pour mixture into a lightly grease 26cm cake tin.

    When cake is cool sprinkle with icing sugar prepared before hand.

Tip

Can use orange rind instead of the lemon.
