Ingredients

Batter

  • 100 g Butter, EDC
  • 4 eggs
  • 30 g Rapadura Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cardmom
  • 300 g flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 500 g Milk

Recipe's preparation

    Waffles
  1. 1. Melt butter 50C/2min/speed2.


     


    2. Add remaining ingredients and mix 20 sec speed 5. Let batter rest for around 15 min.


     


    3. Bake on greased hot waffle iron.


     


    Serve warm with homemade jam and sour cream or cold with butter and brown goat cheese.

Tip

Norwegian brown goat cheese can be found in some delicatessen and speciality stores.

Cold waffles are great for childrens lunch boxes.
