- 1/2 tsp salt
- 60 grams macadamia oil

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Weigh in cashews and almonds, coconut sugar and salt
30 seconds speed 9
Weigh in oil
30 seconds speed 9 - scrap down sides of bowl
10 seconds speed 5
Store in jar in fridge
Pre-heat oven 180 degrees
Weigh in almonds 8 seconds speed 10
Transfer into a bowl and set aside
Weigh in coconut oil, if hard melt 60 seconds 40 degrees speed 1
Add eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and reserved almond meal
5 seconds speed 5
Pour mixture into a small lined baking tray
Swirl through 50 grams of nut butter
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden

Tip
Instead of nut butter you could also swirl in 50 grams of white or dark chocolate into the batter before baking.
This recipe is easily doubled if you wish to bake a larger portion.

My tray I use is about 20cm X 20cm square, however you can double the recipe for a bigger tray if you wish.
