Nut free Muesli Bars

  • 70 grams coconut flakes
  • 25 grams sesame seeds
  • 25 grams chia seeds
  • 40 grams dried cranberries
  • 40 grams sultanas
  • 90 grams dried apricots
  • 1 tbsp Sweetner of your choice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C

    2. Grease or use baking paper for a 23 x 23cm (or similar size) slice tray

    3. Put all ingredients into TM bowl. Mix on Turbo for 2x for 2 seconds until well chopped and combined

    4. Put into tray and press down evenly

    5. Bake for 15-20 minutes 180-200°C

    6. Let cool in tray and then cut into desired size bars

    7. Store in airtight container
