- 140 g plain flour
- 100 g caster sugar
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 40 g Butter
- 1 egg
- 130 g Milk
- 1 jars Nutella

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Place butter into bowl and melt. 2 Mins, 50 degrees, Speed 2.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Mix 1 Min, Speed 3.
3. Pour mixture into a greased (regular size) muffin tray, about 1/3 full.
4. Spoon a small teaspoon of Nutella into center of each muffin.
5. Cover each muffin with remaining mixture.
6. Bake at 180 degrees in oven for 10mins
7. Turn out onto cooling rack and leave upside down (see tips)
8. While still warm brush the inverted tops with extra melted butter and dust with cinnamon sugar.
9. Serve with a dollop of cream & or icecream

Tip
*The weight of the Nutella can cause it to drop to the bottom of the mix so try not to overload the amount of Nutella you put into the center.
