If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Line a slice tray with baking paper.
2. Put base ingredients into your thermomix 30sec/sp. 6, scrape down sides and repeat until mixture is a fine, sticky base consistency.
3. Press the mixture firmly into your prepared tin and set aside.
4. Top ingredients into thermomix 30 sec/sp 6 and blend until smooth and well combined.
5. Pour the mixture over your base, ensuring level. Place the fridge or freezer to set.

Tip
I used Cacao Almond nut butter for a bit of a chocolate taste. Any will be fine.
