Ingredients

  • 110 grams sugar
  • 110 grams Butter
  • 15 grams Milk
  • 50 grams golden syrup
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 220 grams flour
  • 160 grams sultanas

Recipe's preparation

    Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees
  1. 1. Add sugar, butter, milk and golden syrup to bowl Closed lid.

     

    2. 2 minutes - 60 degrees - speed 2.

     

    3. Add baking  soda.

     

    4. 5 seconds - speed 3 - scrape sides.

     

    5. Add flour and sultanas.

     

    6. 8 seconds, Counter-clockwise operation - speed 4. Scrape sides and repeat.

     

    7. Using a desert spoon (or preferred size biscuit) place mixture on baking tray, flatten with a fork.

     

    8. Bake at 180 for approximately 15 minutes, until cooked.
