Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 190 degrees
Place a small container on the Thermomix lid and weigh 150g orange juice, add 3 TBSP poppyseeds let sit for 10 minutes
Melt 150g butter 2 min/60°C/speed 2.5
Add orange juice and poppyseed mix, 4 TBSP orange zest, 4 eggs, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 250g sour cream, 450g caster sugar mix 10 sec/speed 3.5
Add 620g Self raising flour mix 10 sec/speed 4
divide into muffin pan and bake 20 minutes
