If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place rind from one orange and cornflour in TM bowl. Mix Sp9 20Seconds Set aside
Place dates in TM bowl. Chop Sp9 10Seconds Set aside in the same bowl as orange rind is fine.
Place carrots in TM bowl. Chop Sp7 4Seconds Set aside with orange and dates.
Weigh in flour and sugar. Return Orange, dates and carrots to TM bowl. Combine on Sp7 10Seconds Set aside.
Place egg, milk and oil in TM bowl. Combine on Sp3 3Seconds.
Return dry ingredients to bowl . Combine on Sp7 10Seconds or until just combined.
Spoon mixture in to prepared muffin trays and bake for 20mins on 180degrees or until inserted skewer remains clean.
