Paleo Banana bread

Ingredients

  • 100 grams Coconut sugar
  • 2 large bananas, peeled
  • 150 grams coconut oil
  • 220 grams Mt Uncle's Banana Flour
  • 2 teaspoons bicarb soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 100 grams coconut milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 75 grams Pitted medjool dates, (about 7 dates)

Recipe's preparation

    Banana Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.

    Add bananas to TM bowl and mash 5 seconds / speed 5.

    Scrape down the sides of the bowl.

    Add all other ingredients and mix 30 seconds / speed 6 utilising spatula to ensure dates are incorporated well into the mix.

     

    Bake in oven for 25-30 mins

Tip

All ingredients can be added to the bowl in one step, however depending on the size and ripeness of the banana you may wish to mash them first.
