  • 40 gram Nuts of choice, I used walnuts
  • 30 gram nut butter of choice
  • 100 gram coconut oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 60 gram Coconut sugar
  • 75 gram Maple syrup
  • 10 grams cacao nibs
  • 70 grams Raw Cacao
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch salt

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 160.  Line slice tin. Chop nuts 3 seconds, speed 4.  Set aside.

  2. Melt nut butter and coconut oil for 2minutes 60 degrees speed 2

  3. Add all remaining ingredients and mix for 20 seconds speed 5 Counter-clockwise operation

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.  Allow to cool in tin
