If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  • Best brownie recipe I have found!...

Best brownie recipe I have found!
My family love it. I did reduce the cocoa to 40g as the one I use is very bitter. I don't use honey so I increased the dates to 140g and I didn't have enough coconut oil so I made it up with olive oil and it was still delicious!!

Great recipe! I would probably reduce cocoa to 75g next time. Great if you like a bitter chocolate though.
