- 45 g raw almonds
- 30 g Shredded coconut
- 120 g macadamia nuts
- 15 g coconut oil
- 5 g cacao powder
- 50 g Rice malt syrup
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 160c. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Put almonds and coconut into bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 9.
Scrape down bowl and add macadamia nuts and chop for 2 sec/speed 7.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix on speed 3 until combined (if your coconut oil is solid you will need to warm it in the microwave before adding).
Scrape the mixture out onto some glad wrap, wrap to cover and place in the freezer for 20 mins. It's too sloppy to work with otherwise.
Roll into tablespoon sized balls and place onto prepared baking tray. Wet a fork and flatten balls.
Bake for 25 mins, cool and enjoy!
