Recipe's preparation

    Paleo Peanut Butter Slice
  1. 1. Grease and line a Slice n' Store fridge container and set aside.
    2. Add raw almonds and dessicated coconut to the mixing bowl and chop on speed 8 for 15 secs. Set aside.
    3. Add peanuts to the mixing bowl and chop for 30 secs on speed 8. Scrap down the sides of the bowl and repeat on speed 6 until the peanuts are smooth.
    4. Keep the peanut better in the mixing bowl, setting asides 3 tablespoons for later.
    5. Add the almond mixture, 60g of Stevia, a pinch of salt and 20g of coconut oil. Mix on speed 6 for 20 seconds or until smooth.
    6. Place the almond base into the prepared slice container.
    7. Place dark chocolate into the mixing bowl and grate on speed 7 for 5 seconds.
    8. Add the remaining peanut butter, 10g of Stevia and a pinch of salt and melt for 3 minutes, 55 degrees, speed 2.
    9. Pour the chocolate mixture on top of the almond base and spread evenly.
    10. Set in the fridge for 2 hours before serving. Once set store in the fridge.
