  • Found that it needed more

    Submitted by Mumkylie on 15. July 2015 - 00:50.

Found that it needed more like 12 mins cooking in both steps. The lemon measurement is unclear, the juice of 2 small lemons worked well for us though.

Very tasty, struggled to get my husband to stop eating them last night. I changed half to flour to wholemeal, 2tbsp lemon, used low gi sugar and low fat sweetened condensed milk.

This is so easy and so delicious. I used the juice of two lemons, as I like a 'tart' taste. Got the thumbs up from a girlfriend too. Thanks for sharing. Five stars!
