Passionate banana cake

Ingredients

5 slice(s)

Dry ingredients

  • 2 heaped tablespoon Protein Powder, I used natural vanilla whey
  • 1/2 cup dried coconut, flakes, dessicated or shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Psyllium husk
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour, Or quinoa flour, or other gf floud of choice.
  • 3 scoops stevia
  • 3 teaspoons Coconut sugar, Or sweetener of choice- dates would be nice!

Wet ingredients

  • 1 egg, Or 2 tablespoons of chia/ flax egg
  • 4 Passionfruit flesh
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, Or oil of choice

Recipe's preparation

    Lets bake!
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius,


    2. Blend all ingredients except passionfruit in thermomix at an increasing speed to 9 for 20-30 seconds (until well blended)


    3. Scarpe down sides and add passionfruit and blend for 5 seconds on speed 6


    4. Grease a non stick pan


    5. Place in oven for about 15 minutes


    6. Take it out and flip onto baking paper lined tray


    7. Place back in for about another 10 minutes or until knife comes out clean.


    8. Let it sit and harden


    9. Eat! Or freeze for sneaky snack later!
