Peanut Butter Squares

  • 200 g Digestive biscuits
  • 120 g Butter
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 260 g Peanut Butter
  • 250 g Dark Chocolate Melts

Recipe's preparation

    peanut butter squares
  1. Chop the biscuits in the bowl for 5 seconds, speed 7 to make biscuit crumbs. Remove.

    Melt butter 100 degrees, 4 mins, speed 2.

    Add icing sugar, 200g peanut butter and reserved crumbs.

    Mix 20 seconds, speed 5.

    Pour in a lined 20cm square tin. Place in freezer.

    Melt chocolate and remaining 60g peanut butter on 100 degrees, 3 mins, speed 2.

    Pour over peanut butter layer and refrigerate until set. Cut into 16 large squares or 20 smaller rectangles.
