- 3 Ripe Pears peeled or 6 pear halves in syrup
- 75 grams raw cashews
- 80 grams self raising flour or gluten free self raising flour
- 100 grams Soft brown sugar
- 25 grams nuttelex or butter
- 1 tablespoon golden syrup
- 1 egg
Put Cashews into the TM and turbo 2-3 times then set aside. Put into TM Nuttelex & golden syrup melt for 2 minutes at 60 degress on speed 1. Add pear, flour,brown sugar & egg to TM. Mix 15 seconds at speed 5. Add cashews,mix for 10 seconds, reverse speed 2-3. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 20cm square tin and bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Leave to cool in the tin before slicing.
