Pecan Brownies

Ingredients

  • 125 g Butter
  • 80 g plain flour
  • 190 g sugar
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tsp bourbon
  • 125 g pecans, roughly chopped

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and line square baking tin with paper

  2. Add chocolate, butter and sugar to TM bowl and melt together 5 minutes 50 degrees speed 3

  3. Add in flour, eggs, salt and bourbon, and mix 10 seconds speed 5

  4. Add in pecans and mix 5 seconds speed 5 reverse

  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake 30-35 minutes until cooked but still moist

  6. Leave in pan for 5 minutes to cool slightly then lift onto wire rack to cool completely

  7. Dust with icing sugar and cut into squares to serve
