- 130 g Butter
- 2/3 brown sugar, cup
- 1/3 white sugar, cup
- 1 --- egg, large
- 1 & 1/4 flour, cups
- 150 g white chocolate, whittakers blondie
- 60 g chips, ready salted
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1/2 tsp bakers blend, pepper & me bakers blend

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Turn oven on to 190 degrees.
Brown the butter in thermomix 80"Warm Up" , you are looking for a deep caramel brown, turn up hotter if need be. - 2. Stir in 2/3c bronwn sugar & 1/3c white sugar "Gentle stir setting" , set aside to cool down until just warm
- 3. Whisk in the 1 large egg "Blend"
- 4. Mix in the 1 &1/4c of flour, 1/2tsp baking powder, 1/2tsp bicarbonate of soda & 1/2tsp bakers blend to form a dough "Gentle stir setting"
- 5. Mix in chunks of blondie chocolate and crushed potato chips. "Counter-clockwise operation"
- 6. Roll into a log and pop in fridge fro 30-60mins to chill. Slice intos cookies & pop on a lined baking tray and bake for 12 mins
