- 1 Tin of condensed milk (or TM made)
- 200g dried apricots
- 200g fruit medley
- 180g Butter
- 130g cream cheese
- 50 Butter
- 250 icing sugar

Recipe's preparation
Pulse Yo-Yo biscuits 3 times using Turbo or until biscuits are crumbs.
Set aside.
Pulse Sayo biscuits 4 times using Turbo or until biscuits are crumbs.
Set aside with Yo-Yo crumbs.
Pulse apricots 4 times using Turbo or until they are finely chopped.
Set aside with biscuit crumbs.
Melt condensed milk and butter for 3 minutes, 100deg, speed 2.
Add biscuit crumbs, apricot and fruit medley to condensed milk and butter mixture.
Mix using speed 4 reverse with the assistance of the spatula for 40 seconds.
Press mixture in tin (approx size 23cm x 32cm), smooth with damp hands.
Refrigerate until cool.
To make topping, place cream cheese, butter and icing sugar into clean TM bowl and mix for 20-30 seconds on speed 9.
Spread onto cooled slice.
