Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line or grease a 20 or 22cm springform tin. Place all topping ingredients into TM bowl. Mix for 60 sec on
(it should resemble a crumble). Set aside. Place butter and sugar in bowl, mix 60 sec on speed 4. Add eggs, mix 30 sec on speed 4. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat if needed. Add flour and vanilla, mix 30 sec on speed 4. Pour into prepared tin and smooth over the top. Arrange plums over the top then sprinkle with the topping. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Best eaten warm and crispy just out of the tin but also delicous cold.

Tip
Great way to use home grown plums. I skinned mine by sitting them in boiling water for about 20mins then peeled the skin off. Dark flesh plums work best in this recipe.
