Protein Power Balls

Ingredients

Protein balls

  • 200 g almonds
  • 50 g Linseeds
  • 20 g chia seeds
  • 50 g Shredded coconut
  • 50 g cacao powder
  • 100 g good quality raw honey
  • 40 g Rice malt syrup, or an extra 40g honey
  • 100 g Fresh Dates, approx. 5 dates
  • Extra coconut for rolling, optional

Recipe's preparation

    Prep.
  1. 1. Add almonds, linseeds and chia seeds to TM and blitz - 15 sec/speed 10

    2. Add remaining ingredients and mix - 30 sec/speed 9

    3. Form spoonfuls of mixture into balls and roll in extra coconut if desired

    4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 weeks or freeze

    Another amazing recipe! Thank you Krissy - I was looking for a tasty sweet snack that might have some nutritional goodness to it that I could enjoy with my cup of tea. I love these and so do my kids. I used Swan Valley raw, unprocessed honey which gave a lovely consistency. So easy!
