If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Add dates and nuts to bowl mill 1min sp9
Add butter and golden syrup to bowl cook 10mins/varoma/sp1
Add Sr. Flour, rolled oats, brown sugar and leftover cereal to bowl mix 30sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" /sp3
Transfer to slice tin and bake 15 to 20 mins 180'c or until lightly browned on top

These were really nice. Next time I will blend on a slower speed at the end I think so there are some larger chucks in the slice. Thanks for a great recipe
