Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

yum yum yum! Also had to do the final chop in two batches. They are simple and easy. I did the nut free version and mixed the sunflower and pumpkin seeds together. Kids loved them.

These little balls of goodness are delicious! I can't get enough. i made the nut free version with sunflower seeds and they still worked beautifully. My only criticism of the recipe is that the final mix/chop doesnt chop the dates at all, so i just did it in two batches until it was all mixed/chopped through. Will definitly make these again. Stored well in the freezer.
These are fantastic! I
These are fantastic!
I didn't have all the ingredients nor the entire weight of what I had so I made do but I also added honey, so not sure if that now doesn't make that vegan?
Anyhow a sure hit with my fussy daughter!
