  • 200 grams Pears Brown Firm, peeled cored chopped
  • 200 grams raw sugar
  • 100 grams sultanas

  • 1 lemon zested
  • 1 Lemon Juiced
  • 1 orange zest
  • 1 Orange juiced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe's preparation

    fruit mince
  1. fruit mince
  2. mince zests add apples/pears/sugar chop 5secs/rev/speed 5

    add rest ingrediants and cook 30mins /veroma/reverse/speed 1 half way through cooking remove mc and replace with steaming basket
