Rosie's Keto Raw Peanut Butter Slice
- 60 gram coconut oil, for base
- 140 gram raw cashews
- 30 gram cacao powder, raw
- 85 grams dessicated coconut
- 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
- 45 grams coconut oil
- 135 grams Smooth peanut butter
- 1 pinches salt

Recipe is created for

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 60gms coconut oil
- "Counter-clockwise operation" /60 degrees/60 secs/ speed 1
- Add 140gms raw cashews
- Add 30gms cacao powder
- Add 85gms dessicated coconut.
- Add 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
- "Blend" 15secs/ speed 10
- Press into square baking tin and freeze for 10 mins. Meanwhile....
- Clean and dry bowl.
- Add 45gms coconut oil.
- Add 135gms smooth peanut butter and a pinch of salt.
- "Counter-clockwise operation" 60 degrees/2mins/speed 1.
- Pour over base and freeze for a further 10mins.
- Cut into 24 pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
