Saltana, Oat and peanut butter cookies
- 130 g plain flour
- .5 teaspoon baking soda
- .25 teaspoon baking powder
- 110 g Butter, cubed
- 110 g Peanut Butter, i use home made, see my recipe on the community
- 110 g brown sugar
- 75 g raw sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Paste
- 110 g rolled oats
- 110 g Saltanas

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Heat oven 180 c
1 Place Flour, Baking soda and Baking powderin bowl, turbo 2 sec
set aside
2 Place Butter, Peanut butter, Brown sugar and raw sugar in bowl mix 20sec/sp6
Scrape bowl, repeat
3 add vanilla and egg mix 8 sec/sp3
scrape bowl
4 Add flour mixture. mix 30 sec/ sp 4
scrape bowl
5 Add oats and saltanas mix 10 sec "Counter-clockwise operation" sp 3
6 roll into balls (ping pong ball size), slightly flattern on tray.
Bake 180c 10-12 mins until lightly browned.
Let sool slightly before removing from tray.

Tip
Can substitute saltanas for choc chips
can make bigger balls in a larger cookie desired.
