Recipe's preparation

Tip

This dough can be quite sticky so I find it helps to wear food handling gloves while working with the dough.

    Thanks

Easy to make whilst in isolation. Made a decent sized batch so I could send some home with my mother.

I will remember to make them taller next time as they didn't rise as much as I expected x

    Submitted by Shaz_B on 17. March 2015 - 20:27.

Does anyone know if these scones can be made exactly the same but with gluten free self raising flour to keep them gluten free?  I've made these scones before and they are superb, but I have a gluten free guest coming over for our next morning tea and I want to make GF scones.....any advice appreciated!!

    Cheers
