Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Preheat oven to 180deg (160deg for fan forced) and grease and line an 18cm square cake tin with baking paper.
2. Add honey, almond butter and salt to bowl and mix 5mins/120deg/spd 3.
3. Add sesame seeds, almonds and pistachios and mix 20secs/rev/spd1.5.
4. Pour mixture into prepared tin, spread out and press down firmly with a spoon. Bake for 20 minutes or until a dark golden colour. Leave in pan to cool completely.
5. Once cooled cut into 16 bars.
Optional - dip the ends of the bars into the melted chocolate. Place on a sheet of baking paper and wait for the chocolate to set.

Thanks for the tip to use tahini as I too didn't have almond butter. I also used a mixed nut and fruit..
