Shae's Grain free sugar free banana bread

Ingredients

Banana bread

  • 330 grams Almonds raw
  • 25 grams Linseeds
  • 25 grams sunflower seeds
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder GF
  • 70 grams walnuts
  • 4 bananas
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add almonds, linseeds and sunflowers seeds and blitz speed 9 for 20 seconds. 

    2. Add all other ingredients. Combine on speed 5 approx 15seconds or until we'll combined. Scape down sides and mix further 5 seconds if needed.

    3. Cook in llined loaf tin in 170oC oven for 50-60 minutes, or until skewer comes out clean.

    4. Enjoy sliced with fresh butter or cinnamon butter.
