Ingredients

Small bake Nutella muffins

  • 40 grams Butter
  • 70 grams caster sugar
  • 100 grams Milk
  • 150 grams plain flour
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 dash vanilla
  • 1/3 cup Nutella

Cinnamon sugar coating

  • 1/4 cup caster sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon, ground
  • 30 grams Butter, melted

Recipe's preparation

    Muffin Dough
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease 6 Muffin holes.
    1. Add butter to the Closed lid and mwlt 60°C/sp2/1.5 mins.
    2. Add remaining ingredients, except Nutella.
    3. Blend sp4/10seconds.
    4. Divide 2/3 of the mixture amongst the pans.
    5. Spoon 2 tspns of Nutella on top of each batter.
    6. Evenly spoon the remaining batter on top of Nutella, smoothing over the tops smoothly, but not blending in.
    7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked.
    8. Leave in the pans for 5 minutes before turning out and brushing the tops with melted butter and a generous coating of cinnamon sugar.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or cup.
