Recipe's preparation

    Cookies
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Add flour, baking powder and salt to mixing bowl to sift on speed 3 for 30 seconds. Set aside.
  3. Cream butter and sugar on Speed 4 for 2-3 mins until pale yellow, scraping down as required.
  4. Mix in eggs one at a time through the top on Speed 3, until well combined, scraping down bowl as required
  5. Add flour mix through the top, half a cup at a time until the dough comes together.
  6. For best results, refrigerate dough for at least half an hour to firm up. This will make it easier to roll the dough balls.
  7. Shape dough into tablespoon sized balls and roll in cinnamon sugar. [Balls can be frozen before being rolled in cinnamon sugar and then added to cinnamon sugar before baking]
  8. Space balls apart on try to allow for spreading.
  9. Bake for 9-10 mins until lightly browned on edges. (Oven temps may vary so cooking time may be more or less, so please keep an eye on them)
  10. Cinnamon sugar
  11. In a small bowl combine sugar and cinnnamon.

The first time i made these, it was a warm day and I didnt refrigerate the dough. They tasted nice, but didnt look that great, as they spread too much.

I have reduced the amount of sugar here as they were incredibly sweet.
