Biscuit batter

  • 100 gram Butter
  • 75 grams tahini
  • 1 tablespoon Stevia powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Paste/Extract
  • 30 grams Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon bicarb soda

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1.  Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

    2.  Add softened butter, tahini and stevia powder

    3.  Cream together until light and smooth (1min/sp4)

    4.  Add the egg and mix again until smooth (20sec/sp4)

    5.  Add coconut flour and bicarb soda mix on 20sec/sp4 then leave to thicken while you line a baking tray

    6.  Mix again 5sec/sp4 and then place large teaspoonfuls on baking tray

    7. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 mins

    8. Clean and dry TMX bowl.

    9. Break up chocolate in bowl for 10sec/sp7, then melt for 4min/37degrees/sp2

    10.  Drizzle cooled biscuits with melted chocolate

    I want to make these but I'm hesitant because know that Stevia powder is extremely sweet so I'm wondering whether the recipe has a typo and should read 1 teaspoon of Stevia powder? But even that seems a lot?
