- 2 Pink lady apples, Approx 200g quartered
- 60 grams unsalted butter, Cut into pieces
- 2 eggs
- 60 grams brown sugar
- 1 heaped tsp ground cinnamon
- 250 grams self-raising flour
- 150 grams sultanas

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven 180°C fan forced, grease a Bundt or 20cm round cake tin.
Place quartered apples into mixing bowl and chop 4sec/sp 4.5
then place into a small bowl and set aside - Add butter to bowl, melt 2min/80°C/sp 1.5
- Add chopped apple back into the mixing bowl. Then add all other ingredients. Mix 10 sec/sp4
- Add batter to prepared Bundt tin. Bake for 30 mins, or until skewer comes out clean.
- Enjoy!
