Sultana Apple Cake

  • 2 Pink lady apples, Approx 200g quartered
  • 60 grams unsalted butter, Cut into pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 grams brown sugar
  • 1 heaped tsp ground cinnamon
  • 250 grams self-raising flour
  • 150 grams sultanas

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven 180°C fan forced, grease a Bundt or 20cm round cake tin.

    Place quartered apples into mixing bowl and chop 4sec/sp 4.5
    then place into a small bowl and set aside
  2. Add butter to bowl, melt 2min/80°C/sp 1.5
  3. Add chopped apple back into the mixing bowl. Then add all other ingredients. Mix 10 sec/sp4
  4. Add batter to prepared Bundt tin. Bake for 30 mins, or until skewer comes out clean.
  5. Enjoy!
