Super Easy Choc Chip Biccys

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Turn Oven on to 180 deg



    2. Grease two baking trays and line with baking paper (set them aside)



    3. Place butter, sugars and vanilla in Mixing Bowl Cream together for 1 minute on speed 4.



    4. With TM still running, add egg through hole in lid and continue mixing on speed 4 for 30 seconds.



    5. Add flour and salt, knead on interval speed for 30 seconds.



    6. Add chocolate chips, stir through with spatula.



    7. Roll or flatten mixture onto baking trays and Bake for 15 minutes on 180 deg or until golden brown.
