Sweet Marshmallow Biscuits

  • 120 grams Pink and White Marshmallows, (Pascall are best)
  • 120 grams Butter, (Roughly Chopped)
  • 100 grams honey
  • 60 grams rolled oats
  • 70 grams rice bubbles
  • 70 grams sugar
  • 150 grams plain flour

Recipe's preparation

    How to make:
  1. Preheat Oven to 160 Degrees Celsius. Line two baking trayswith baking paper and set aside.
  2. Place Butter and Honey into the TM Bowl and heat for 2 min/60 degrees/speed 2. If Butter has not yet melted, heat for another minute. Scrape down sides of the bowl.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients and mix 10 sec/Counter-clockwise operation/ speed 4. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat.
  4. Place portions of mixture onto prepared baking trays.
  5. Sprinkle with rice puffs.

    Bake for 10 mins.

    Cool for 5 mins and ENJOY.

Tip

You can use more marshmallow, only I ate mine.

Serve as a snack or with a mug of tea or coffee.

Or even better, hot chocolate!
