Accessories you need

**first time publishing a recipe and stuffed up the recipe block.  Please note only 1 small sweet potato is required.

These are super light and fluffy!!

I cooked the sweet potato in the microwave for 2mins with some water to soften it.

I preferred chunkier apple pieces so if you want a finer mix of apple and sweet potato mix again for a few seconds until you are happy.

I found and adapted for Thermomix on //www.threedietsonedinner.com/2014/01/sweet-potato-apple-muffins-best-paleo.html?m=1

I am yet to try but think it will work substitute sweet potato for bananas
